3. Bookings and Appointments

- We will confirm your appointment as soon as possible. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.
- If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

5. Your Vehicle

- We are not liable for pre-existing damage or faults not related to the work carried out.
- Any items of value left in your vehicle are left at your own risk. We recommend removing valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.
6. Warranty on Parts and Labour
We stand behind the quality of our work. New parts supplied and fitted by us carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our labour is warranted for 3 months or 3,000 miles (whichever comes first) against defects in workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norwich Tyres & Auto Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
