Norwich Tyres & Auto Service is a genuine, independent garage on Ber Street in the heart of the city. We're a UK registered limited company, run by our director Afshin Asasi, and we believe in doing things the honest way - clear quotes before any work starts, no unnecessary jobs added to your bill, and plain-English advice about what your vehicle actually needs.

Every repair we carry out is backed by our workmanship guarantee: all labour is covered for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first, and any new parts we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. Our technicians are experienced and fully trained, and we work on all makes and models of car, van and 4x4.

From same-day tyre fitting to full servicing, brakes, exhausts and air-con regas, we aim to get you safely back on the road quickly and at a fair price. Free parking and a comfortable waiting area are available at the workshop, and we accept both cash and all major debit and credit cards.

How a Visit Actually Works

Most jobs start with a phone call to 07933 900901. Tell us the symptom or the job, have your registration handy if you can, and we will give you a straight answer about whether it is worth bringing the car in, roughly how long the work takes, and what it is likely to involve. When you arrive at 100-106 Ber Street you park free on our own forecourt. We look at the car, show you what we find - the worn pad, the perished tyre, the leaking shock - and give you a clear quote before any work begins. Nothing is added to the bill without your say-so. You can wait in the workshop while we work, walk into the city centre (we are a few minutes from the middle of Norwich), or drop the car in the morning and collect it later the same day on most jobs.

Why We Open Seven Days

A flat tyre does not check your diary first. We open Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am to 4:00pm because a garage that shuts all weekend is no use to the driver who finds a puncture on Saturday evening or needs the car roadworthy for the Monday commute. Sunday is often our quietest, quickest day for tyre work - several of our Google reviews come from drivers we got back on the road on a Sunday when nowhere else nearby was open.

One Workshop, the Whole Job

Because tyres, brakes, suspension, steering, exhausts, batteries, servicing, air-con and diagnostics are all handled under one roof, we can deal with what we actually find rather than what was booked. A tyre showing uneven wear becomes a wheel alignment check on the same visit; a service that turns up a weak battery gets tested and, if you approve, replaced before it strands you. For MOTs we arrange the test at a trusted DVSA-approved centre and carry out all the preparation and any repairs ourselves, so you deal with one garage and one bill. That breadth is also why drivers come to us from more than thirty towns and villages across Norfolk - from Wymondham and Attleborough on the A11 to Wroxham and Acle out towards the Broads - and why so many of them come back.
