Contact Your Norwich Tyre Fitters

Finding Us and What to Expect

We are on Ber Street, a few minutes' walk from the centre of Norwich. Coming in from the ring road, follow signs for the city centre and Ber Street; we are at numbers 100-106, with free parking on our own forecourt so you can pull straight in. If you are using satnav, NR1 3ES brings you to the door.

The quickest way to book is a phone call to 07933 900901. Have your registration handy and we can look up tyre sizes, oil specification and service schedule before you arrive, which is what makes same-day work possible on most jobs. If you would rather write, the form on this page goes straight to the workshop and we reply during opening hours.

What to Have Ready

• Your registration number, or the tyre size from the sidewall if it is tyres you need
• A short description of the symptom: when it happens, what it sounds or feels like, how long it has been going on
• Your MOT date if you want us to arrange the test and do the pre-checks in one visit

Waiting, Dropping Off and Paying

Most tyre, battery, balancing and alignment jobs are done while you wait in the workshop. For servicing, brakes and repairs, many customers drop the car first thing and collect the same day; we ring as soon as it is ready and never start extra work without your say-so. We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards, and every job is covered by our 3-month / 3,000-mile workmanship guarantee.

One thing we are straight about: we are a workshop, not a mobile service. We do not come out to the roadside, so if a tyre is fully flat please fit the spare, use the repair kit, or arrange recovery to Ber Street and we will take it from there.
