Firestone Tyres Norwich

Firestone is part of the Bridgestone group and serves as its value brand in Europe, which means Bridgestone engineering at a lower price point. Firestone is not a brand we hold on the shelf, but it is one we obtain quickly and fit at Ber Street seven days a week.

The Firestone Range, and Who It Suits

Roadhawk and Roadhawk 2 are the everyday car tyres and the reason most people buy the brand; Multiseason 2 is the all-season with the snowflake marking; Winterhawk covers winter; and Vanhawk 2 is the commercial range. Firestone also has a long American motorsport history, though its European range is squarely aimed at sensible daily driving.

For a family hatchback doing school runs and the odd trip to the coast, a Roadhawk is a straightforward, well-labelled choice a step below Bridgestone's Turanza on price.

Manufacturer-Approved Fitments

Firestone is chosen on merit rather than by approval marking. We match the load and speed ratings your car requires. Give us the registration or the markings on your current tyre and we will confirm the exact specification before anything is ordered.

Popular Firestone Sizes

Most Firestone enquiries we take are for one of the sizes below. The size pages explain the fitment; the phone call gives you the price:

Firestone and the EU Tyre Label

The EU tyre label grades wet grip, rolling resistance and noise, and it is the reason a Firestone is often the sensible buy: the label is close to premium, the price is not. Grades vary size by size, so we read the label for your exact fitment and put it next to the alternatives before you choose.

How Firestone Fitting Works Here

Fitting Firestone Tyres at Ber Street

Firestone is a next-working-day order in most sizes. Phone with the size and we will tell you honestly whether it is today or tomorrow.

Once your Firestone tyres are here the fitting is straightforward: around 20 to 30 minutes for one and an hour or so for four, every wheel computer balanced, every nut torqued to the manufacturer's figure, and the tyre pressure monitoring system reset where the car has one. Park free on site and wait, or drop the car and collect. Open Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.

You are choosing a tyre, not a badge. Where Firestone suits the car and the budget we fit it gladly; where something else would serve you better we will show you the alternative and the label that proves it. All our workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months or 3,000 miles.

While the wheels are off we look at the wear on the old tyres. Edge wear points at alignment that needs setting before the new set suffers the same fate; a nail in the centre of the tread often means a repair would have done instead of a new Firestone.
